Deco Miami accepts returns for unopened, unused products. Buyer pays for return shipping at this time. Deco Miami can issue a return label to Buyer, which will be deducted from amount refunded. Deco Miami can only issue refunds back to the original card or PayPal account used to make a purchase and returns cannot be accepted for any product that was not purchased online in the Deco Miami store.
MAIL DELIVERY ISSUES:
In the rare event that your order is lost, damaged in transit, or returned to Deco Miami's address, immediately notify Deco Miami to look into your matter. Photos of damaged packages/products should be emailed to "firstname.lastname@example.org" and we will work with you to correct the issue.
Deco Miami has no control over stolen packages that are marked "delivered" by the shipping carrier. Deco Miami is not affiliated with any shipping carrier and if your package is marked "delivered" by a mail carrier and you cannot locate it, Buyer must investigate the missing package by contacting the appropriate carrier and then contacting Deco Miami to report the issue if the package is still not located. Deco Miami suggests checking with neighbors to see if a package was mis-delivered before contacting the carrier as most mis-deliveries (especially around holiday) are delivered to neighbors by accident.
Deco Miami will assess each missing package situation on a case by case basis. If Deco Miami sends a replacement package, Buyer will be asked to provide a new shipping address.
Your order will be sent to the address that is inputted at the time of purchase. Deco Miami's checkout cart does not change or modify any information that customers input at checkout. Inputting an incorrect address will result in mail delivery issues and your package will bounce back to Deco Miami and then be resent to Buyer. Deco Miami does not provide complimentary expedited shipping for address errors. Please be sure to input shipping information correctly to not experience any delays in your order.
If your order is missing an item, contact Deco Miami at "email@example.com" within 3 business days of receiving to report the issue.
Deco Miami bottles and Deco Miami files are glass and will break if handled in a way that causes them to break. Handle with appropriate care.
